This consolidated version of Federal Law No. 244-FZ incorporates all the amendments up to 'Federal Law No.455-FZ of December 29, 2017, on Amendments to the Town-Planning Code and Other Federal Laws', which entered into force on December 29, 2017, on the day of its official publication on the website of Official Internet-Portal of Legal Information (http://www.pravo.gov.ru).
For the amendments introduced by the said Federal Law 455-FZ, see Chapter IV, Article 15, paragraphs 6, 10 and 16 of this consolidated version, where the words 'public hearings' were replaced by the words 'public discussions or public hearings'.
