'[Order No. 208] approves the checklist and criteria for assessing the risks of organizations for collective management of rights.'

The Order is issued pursuant to Chapter 2, Articles 13 & 15, relating to risk assessment system and prompt sheets, of Law No. 377-IV of January 6, 2011, on State Control and Supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan; and pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 21, relating to functions of the Bodies of Justice in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, of Law No. 304 of March 18, 2002, on the Bodies of Justice.

The Order incorporates the amendments to its annexed checklist form and to paragraphs 2 & 7 of the list of criteria for assessing risks, which are made by Order of the Minister of Justice No. 158 of March 17, 2015, which came into force on September 14, 2015.
