Notes
The notification by Hong Kong to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This is one of the subsidiary rules of the Trade Marks (Emergency) Ordinance (Cap. 263).
These Rules contain provisions on forms, fees, and how applications to suspend the rights of an enemy, who is a registered trade mark owner, can be made.'
