Notes This consolidated version of Ordinance of June 7, 1937, on the Commercial Registry incorporates all the amendments up to the Ordinance of November 22, 2006, on Collective Investment Schemes, which entered into force on January 1, 2007.
Annex 3, number I, 1 of the said Ordinance of November 22, 2006, introduces amendments to the following provisions of this consolidated version:
- Section II, paragraph 1, Article 10; paragraph 3, Article 31;
- Section VI bis.

Article 48 under Section II, Number 3 of this consolidated version refers to trade names and trade signs.

Annex 1, number I of the Ordinance of October 17, 2007, on the Commercial Registry provides for the repeal of this consolidated Ordinance.
