Artilcle 91 under Chapter XV of Law No. 318 of 1999 on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants states that it shall enter into force ninety days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
This Law on the protection of new varieties of plants was revised, re-edited and approved in February 2001 by the Director of the Intellectual Property Registry (RPI) and the Head of the Department of Plant Varieties.
No amendments have been incorporated into this version of the Law.
