Details Details Year of Version 2021 Dates Amended up to: May 27, 2021 Published: February 17, 2009 Issued: February 16, 2009 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter IP Regulatory Body Notes This Regulation on the Organization and Functions (ROF) of INDECOPI, as amended by Supreme Decrees No. 107-2012-PCM and No. 099-2017-PCM, was repealed by Supreme Decree No. 104-2021-PCM, except for Articles 8, 9, 10, 22-26, 28-35, 37-41, 49, 49-C to 49-F, 51-54, 59, 61, 75 and 76, which remain in force until the entry into force of the Regulation governing the powers, functions and general procedural rules for administrative proceedings before INDECOPI.
