Details Details Year of Version 2017 Dates Entry into force: October 1, 2017 Published: September 1, 2017 Issued: August 9, 2017 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations Subject Matter Plant Variety Protection Notes This Ordinance establishes the fee regime for services in the fields of plant health and plant protection provided by the Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary Affairs (DGAV) and the Regional Directorates of Agriculture and Fisheries (DRAP). It also introduces amendments to Article 8 of Decree-Law No. 213/90 of 28 June 1990, concerning fees for services in the field of plant health (phytosanitary control).
