Details Details Year of Version 2024 Dates Entry into force: February 10, 2024 Signature: January 30, 2024 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes Federal Law No. 4-FZ of January 30, 2024 introduced amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 1248 (relating to "Disputes Relating to Protection of Intellectual Rights") under Chapter 69, Section VII of Part Four of the Civil Code. In other words, the Federal Law specifically amends the Civil Code to include provisions related to the reimbursement of expenses in administrative IP disputes, thereby enhancing the protection of intellectual property rights in Russia.
