Sections 22, paragraph (14) and 23 of the said amending Act No. 30 of 2022 introduced the following amendments to the said Revised Edition 2022: - In section 31(5) under Part 3, the word “plaintiff’s” was deleted wherever it appeared and was substituted by “claimant’s”. - In section 109 under Part 11, subsection (2) was deleted.
