Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1848 of November 16, 2020, on Approval of the Rules for the Payment of Remuneration for Service Inventions, Service Utility Models, Service Industrial Designs was issued pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 1246 of the Civil Code.
This consolidated version of the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1848 of November 16, 2020 takes into account amendments up to the "Decision f the Government No. 921 of June 2, 2023, on Amendments to Rules for the Payment of Remuneration for Service Inventions, Service Utility Models, Service Industrial Designs", which was published on June 2, 2023 in the Official publication of Legal Acts and entered into force on June 3, 2023.
The said amending Decision No. 921 introduced amendments to paragraph 5^1 of the Annex to this consolidated version of the Decision No. 1848.
