Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation of No. 1705 of October 7, 2021 was issued to implement subparagraphs 2 and 3 of paragraph 12 of Article 1240.1 of the Civil Code (Results of Intellectual Activity Created During the Performance of a State or Municipal Contract).
The Decision came into force from January 1, 2022, except for paragraphs 3 and 4 , which came into force from October 8, 2021.
