Article 1 of the said amending Law No. XIII-266 (in force on July 1, 2017) amended paragraph 2, and repealed paragraph 5 of Article 13 (Registration and Publication of the Topography) under Chapter III of this consolidated version of the Law on the Legal Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor Products.
