Section 8 of the said amending Act No. XXIV repealed the following provisions of this consolidated Act: - Paragraph (e) of Article 115/K under Chapter XIV/C "The Hungarian Intellectual Property Office", Part VI "Provisions on the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office"; - Paragraph (4a) of Article 118 under Chapter XV "Entry into Force; Transitional Provisions", Part VII "Final Provisions".
