Article 17 under Tilte III of the said amending Law No. 21175 introduced amendments to Article 10 under Paragraph 2, Title II, Chapter I of this consolidated version. Articles 45 and 60 under Chapter III of this consolidated Law No. 21045 (which entered into force on November 3, 2017, and were amended on September 16, 2019) introduced amendments to Law No. 17.336 on Intellectual Property.
