Paragraphs 13(a), (b) and (c) under Schedule 12 (interpreting section 124(5)) of the said amending Act (Chapter 29) introduced amendments to paragraph 3 of section 41 (Amount of compensation) under the section relating employees's inventions, Part I (New Domestic Law) of the said consolidated version. This consolidated version of the Patents Act 1977 (Chapter 37) was updated on March 26, 2021 (see the list "Changes to legislation" found on pages 164-165 of the said consolidated version for detailed information).
