Law No. 99/2011 provided for an amendment to point 1 of Article III of Emergency Ordinance No. 43/2010 of May 5, 2010, which indicates that new Article 3^1 was added after Article 3 of the Ordinance No. 25/2006. This amendment entered into force on June 27, 2011.
