The said amending Law No. 2427-VIII provided for the repeal of paragraph 26 under Article 1 of this consolidated version on January 1, 2019.

Paragraphs 4, 5, 13, 18, 25, 30, 37, 43, 44, 48, 51, 53, 57, 61 to 63 under Section I of this consolidated version of Law No. 5460-VI of October 16, 2012 provide for amendments to a number of laws related to intellectual property.
