For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Law, which entered into force on April 26, 2017, see Article 176 of Chapter V of the consolidated text, relating to violation of copyright and related rights.

Chapter V, Articles 176, 177, and Chapter VII, Articles 229, 231, 232 under Special Part of this consolidated Criminal Code provide criminal offences for infringement of copyrights, industrial property rights and commercial secrets.
