This consolidated version of the Law of Georgia No. 1723-IIs of December 13, 2017, on Border Measures Related to Intellectual Property incorporates amendments introduced by 'Law No. 4912 of June 28, 2019, on Amendments to Law on Border Measures Related to Intellectual Property', which was published on July 4, 2019, and entered into force on September 1, 2019.
The said amending Law No. 4912 of June 28, 2019 introduced amendments to the following provisions of Chapter II of this consolidated version:
- Article 4, paragraph 4;
- Article 5, paragraphs 1 & 9;
- Article 6, paragraph 1;
- Article 8, paragraph 1; and Article 12.
