This consolidated text of the Law on Scientific and Technical Expertise incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 5460-VI of October 16, 2012, on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine regarding the Activity of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, other Central Executive Bodies, whose activity is directed and coordinated through Respective Ministers, State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee ('the Amending Law').
For the amendments introduced by the said Amending Law, which entered into force on December 5, 2012, see the following provisions of the consolidated text:
