The notification by Bahrain to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states: 'The Trademarks Law of the Gulf Cooperation Council States (the GCC Trade Mark Law) addresses the forms of trademark law and its definition and types, registration and protection, and a cancellation and transfer of ownership of the mortgage and seizure and the license to use it.
