Section 11 paragraph 5 of this Law provides for the limitations on the jurisdiction of the Disputes Tribunals and stipulates:'Except as provided in an enactment referred to in section
10(1A) or (2), a Tribunal shall have no jurisdiction in respect
of any claim—
(a) for the recovery of land or any estate or interest in any
land:
(b) in which the title to any land, or any estate or interest in
any land, or to any franchise is in question:
(c) in which there is a dispute concerning—
(i) the entitlement of any person under a will, or
settlement, or on any intestacy (including a partial
intestacy); or
(ii) goodwill; or
(iii) any chose in action; or
(iv) any trade secret or other intellectual property.'
