  • 서비스 신청인은 해당하는 등록 및/또는 행정 수수료를 납부해야 합니다.

  • WIPO는 현금이나 수표를 받지 않습니다. AMC 수수료는 해당하는 사건의 통화(미국 달러(USD), 유로(EUR), 영국 파운드(GBP), 싱가포르 달러(SGD), 또는 스위스 프랑(CHF))로 납부합니다.

  • 미국 달러가 아닌 다른 통화로 결제하는 경우, 결제일 기준 유엔 공식 환율이 적용됩니다.

    WIPO 조정, 중재, 신속중재 또는 전문가결정 서비스는 온라인 신청서 또는 이메일을 통해 신청할 수 있습니다.

    스위스 프랑으로 관리되는 WIPO 당좌계좌는 정기적으로 WIPO 서비스를 이용하는 고객들에게 가장 이상적으로, 빠르고 안전하고 무료이며, 본인의 모든 결제 활동을 확인할 수 있습니다.
    WIPO 당좌계좌를 사용하면​​​​​​​ 스위스 프랑(CHF)이 아닌 다른 통화로도 결제할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 (은행 환율이 아닌) 유엔 공식 환율이 적용됩니다.
    결제 절차를 마무리하기 전에 본인의 WIPO 당좌계좌에 충분한 잔액이 있는지 확인하세요.

    Available Credit/Debit cards are: VISA, MASTERCARD, CHINA UNION PAY, JAPAN CREDIT BUREAU (JCB), DINERS/DISCOVER, AMEX (CHF only).

    Extra verification may be needed. As part of a new security process to protect your payments (PSD2), your bank or card issuer may ask for extra confirmation to complete your payment. This extra layer of security makes your online card transactions safer and reduces the risk of fraud.

    To meet Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements, we will prompt your bank’s "3D Secure" identity verification when using a credit or debit card. This may include

    • a one-time passcode sent via SMS,
    • a password, or
    • fingerprint or face recognition.

    If you’re asked to verify your identity, just follow the instructions from your bank. If you run into any issues, please contact your bank or card issuer for help.

    Select bank transfer in case you cannot pay online using other payment methods.
    We will send you detailed payment instructions to the email address connected to your WIPO Account. The instructions will include: 
    • Your Basket ID (EPMT-XXXX-XXXX)
    • Our IBAN and the payment details. ​​​​​​​
    Provide a correct Basket ID (EPMT-XXXX-XXXX) when submitting your payment to avoid processing delays. ​​​​​​​
    You are responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank, any intermediary bank or the receiving bank. Make sure the amount you send covers any such fees. Funds can take up to 10 working days to reach our bank account. ​​​​​​​
    지불인의 은행, 중개은행 또는 수취은행이 부과하는 추가 수수료는 지불인 본인이 부담합니다. 송금액에 이러한 수수료가 포함되도록 충분한 금액을 송금하시기 바랍니다. 송금액은 WIPO의 은행 계좌에 입금되기까지 최대 10영업일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
    신청하실 때에는 수수료 납입 영수증을 첨부하여 제출하시기 바랍니다.

    결제 확인 이메일 수신

    WIPO 당좌계좌 결제

    • 결제가 성공적으로 이루어지면 결제 확인 이메일이 발송됩니다.

    은행 송금 결제

    • 결제금이 수취되면 확인 이메일이 발송됩니다.

  • Step 5

    Receive a payment confirmation and a receipt

    For payments with a Current Account at WIPO:
    • If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    For the Bank and Postal Transfer payments:
    • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a payment receipt by email within 10 working days. 

     

    For all the other payment methods: 

    • If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation and receipt by email within 10 working days. ​​​​​​​
