 Name: Mark Lilback Organization: Runtime Labs, Inc. Position: President I am appalled at this proposal. If two people or businesses share the same name, the domain name should belong to the entity that registered the name first. Entities that have been operating websites for years should not have to operate in fear that they may lose one of their most important assets, their domain name. The underlying principal of domain name dispute resolution should be equality and fairness for all, not the entity with the largest bank account or political influence.
