Evaluations analyze and assess program results to improve implementation and performance, as well as future planning.
WIPO's Evaluation Policy 
provides a comprehensive framework for planning and conducting independent evaluations. The evaluation process is described in detail in the Evaluation Manual which has been established in conformity with the Evaluation Policy.
