COMMUNIQUE ON THE INCREASE OF THE LOWER THRESHOLDS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FINES SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPH 1, ARTICLE 16 OF THE
ACT NO 4054 ON THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION, TO BE VALID UNTIL 31/12/2011
(COMMUNIQUÉ NO: 2011/1)
ARTICLE 1 - (1) Based on the re-evaluation rate of 7.7% (seven point seven)
established in the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué, Item No 401, which
was published in the Official Gazette dated 12/11/2010 and numbered 27757, the
lower thresholds for administrative fines regulated in paragraph 1, Article 16 of the
Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition have been increased as follows, to be
valid from 1/1/2011 until 31/12/2011:
Paragraph 1, Article 16 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition;
Between the dates 1/1/2010 and 31/12/2010
Between the dates 1/1/2011 and 31/12/2011
Specified lower threshold for fines: TL 11,446.4 TL 12,327.00
ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Communiqué shall enter into force on 1/1/2011.
ARTICLE 3 - (1) The provisions of this Communiqué shall be executed by the President of the Competition Authority.
