Government Decree No. 158/2000 (IX. 13.)

on the Determination of the Range of Devices Used for the Purposes of

Reprography

By virtue of the authorization under Article 112 (1) of Act No. LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright, the Government,

taking into account the opinion of the representative organizations concerned, orders as follows:

Art. 1. The range of devices used for the purposes of reprography is indicated in the Annex to this Decree.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation.

Devices for the purposes of reprography [based on the National Classification of Products (BTO) published in

the communication No. 9006/1995 (SK 4.) KSH of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office and on the numbers
