This consolidated Ordinance was republished in the OG No. 657 of September 18, 2008, pursuant to Article V, letter ţ) under Title III of "Law No. 363/2007 of December 21, 2007, on Fighting against Unfair Practices of Traders in relation to the Consumers and on the Harmonization of Regulations with the European Legislation on Consumer Protection", published in the OG of Romania, Part I, No. 899 of December 28, 2007.
