Notes
The notification by Mongolia to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The purpose of this law is to regulate relations in the field of consumer rights protection.'
Article 6(1)(2)(3) provide, among others, that customers shall be entitled with true and complete information about trademarks and brands of products; and manufacturers and sellers shall be prohibited from providing misleading information to consumers.
