Art. 25. “The technical documents such as maps, blueprints, drawings, calculations, models, reports or other documents, are copyrighted to their professional author.”
Art. 26. “For any of the technical documents referred to in the preceding article to have any effect in any office of the Public Administration and its content to be enforced in whole or in part by any person or public or private entity, it must be signed by its author, the respective professional field.”
