Year of Version 1926 Dates Entry into force: July 1, 1926 Adopted: March 1, 1926 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'According to Article 36 of the law, in case of conviction, articles used or prepared to be used in the commission of the felony or misdemeanour, or produced as a result of the commission of the act, shall be seized and confiscated, if they belong to parties involved in the act.
Articles of which their use, manufacture, keeping, transfer or sale constitute a felony or misdemeanour, shall be seized and confiscated even if a criminal conviction did not exist or even if they are not belonging to the offender.'

Dünya Ticaret Orgütü aşağıdakileri bildirdi:
Madde 36: Mahkumiyet halinde cürüm veya kabahatte kullanılan veya kullanılmak üzere hazırlanan veya fiilin irtikabından husule gelen eşya fiilde methali olmıyan kimselere ait olmamak şartiyle mahkemece zabıt ve müsadere olunur.
Kullanılması, yapılması, taşınması, bulundurulması ve satılması cürüm veya kabahat teşkil eden eşya bir ceza mahkumiyeti olmasa ve faile ait bulunmasa bile mutlaka zabıt ve müsadere olunur.
