Year of Version 1995 Dates Entry into force: June 27, 1995 Adopted: June 24, 1995 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Trademarks, Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes The notification by Turkey to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'The law contains provisions on the purpose, scope, definitions and persons entitled to protection, signs of which a trademark may consist and means whereby a trademark is obtained, scope of protection, use of the trademark, legal transactions related with trademark rights, application and registration procedures, publication, duration, invalidity, appeals, guarantee and collective marks, infringement.'
