The Law contains provisions on definition of unfair competition, protection against unfair competition, and sanctions of civil, administrative and penal law.
For provisions relating to intellectual property, see:
Article 3(b),(d): unfair competition by false or inexact indication of origin or by creation of confusion about origin of goods, services etc.
Article 5: unlawful exploitation of a third person's work; Article 5 (c) unlawful exploitation of a third person's work by technical means and without own effort
Art. 6: violation of secrecy
Art. 16: protection of secrecy in civil proceedings (N.B.: The definition of secrecy has been developed by case law and corresponds to Art. 39.1 TRIPS Agreement).
