Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the said amending Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/1235) introduced amendments to the following provisions of Schedule 5 (interpreting regulation 6 of the said consolidated version) - Paragraph 7(1) inserted (in force from 26.11.2021). - After paragraph 7, paragraph 8 was insert entitled “Qualification to Transitional Provision".
