Year of Version 2020 Dates Issued: December 29, 2020 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations   Subject Matter Geographical Indications, Trademarks Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws Notes The dates of entry into force of different rules of the Agricultural Products, Food and Drink (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 are provided in the following paragraphs 5 to 7 of Rule 1 (Citation, commencement and extent) under Part 1 (Introductory): (5) This regulation and regulation 2 come into force— (a) on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made, or (b) if earlier, immediately before IP completion day. (6) Part 3 comes into force immediately before IP completion day. (7) Except as provided for in paragraphs (5) and (6), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.
