Year of Version 2013 Dates Amended up to: May 24, 2012 Entry into force: March 11, 2008 Published: December 12, 2007 Promulgated: December 3, 2007 Type of Text Main IP Laws Subject Matter Utility Models Notes This consolidated version of Law No. 350/2007 of December 3, 2007, on Utility Models takes into account amendments up to "Law No. 76/2012 of May 24, 2012, on the Implementation of Law No. 134/2010 on the Code of Civil Procedure", which entered into force on September 1, 2012. Article 67 under Title IV of the said Law No. 76/2012 introduced amendments to paragraph (4) and paragraph (5) of Article 23 of this consolidated version of Law No. 350/2007 on Utility Models, regarding the appeal to the Budapest Tribunal and the Budapest Court of Appeal. The consolidated version of Law No. 350/2007 on Utility Models was again codified on February 15, 2013, following the issuance of the "Emergency Ordinance No. 4/2013 of January 30, 2013, Amending Law No. 76/2012 on the Implementation of Law No. 134/2014 on the Civil Procedure Code". (The said Emergency Ordinance introduced amendments to Article 81, paragraph (1), which entered into force on February 15, 2013, and which provides for an extension of the date of entry into force for Law No. 134/2014 (the "Civil Procedure Code") of up to February 15, 2013.).
