The Law on Judicial Organization is divided in 7 titles: Title I (Articles 1 - 50) on General Rules, Title II (Articles 51 - 56) on Functions of the Judicial Organization, Title III (Articles 57 - 112) on Jurisdictional Functions, Title IV (Articles 113 - 158) on Common Rules and Procedures, Title V (Articles 159 - 187) on Supplementary Provisions, Title VI (Articles 188 – 204) on Legal Representatives and Lawyers, and Title VII (Articles 205 - 209) on Transitional Provisions.
This revised version of the Law incorporates all amendments up to 1997
Title VI, Chapter I, Articles 188 to 195 of the Law establish provisions on legal representatives, for the purposes of appearing before the courts.
