Notes
The notification by Kyrgyzstan to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'1) Article 12-1 shall be amended as follows:
'Article 12-1. Property rights to a computer program or database created during the performance of work under a government contract
Property rights to a computer program or database created during the performance of work under a state contract for state needs of the Kyrgyz Republic belong to the Kyrgyz Republic, on whose behalf the government contractor acts, unless otherwise provided by the state contract.
The remuneration to the author of a computer program or database created during the performance of work under a government contract is paid by the person who received the property rights in accordance with the first part of this article. The procedure for payment and the amount of remuneration are established by the agreement between the author and the copyright holder.';
2) in paragraph 6 of Article 14, replace the word 'six' with the word 'two'.'
