This consolidated version of the Law on Patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 427-I of July 16, 1999 takes into account amendments up to 'Law No. 217-VI of January 21, 2019, on Amendments to Certain Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Strengthening the Protection of Property Rights, Arbitration, Streamlining the Judicial Caseload, and Further Humanizing the Criminal Legislation', which entered into force on different dates.
Article 1, paragraph 22 of the said amending Law No. 217-VI of January 21, 2019, which entered into force on April 23, 2019 introduces amendments to paragraph 1 under Article 33 of this consolidated version.
