'Decree of the Council of State on amending the Patent Decree, adopted on 18 July 2013, 2013/580, entry into force on 1 September 2013

- Statsrådets förordning om ändring av patentförordningen

Amendments were made to sections 26, 30, 41 and 52 as well as to subsection 2 of section 25 d. These amendments relate to translation requirements, postponement concerning the grant of patent, decisions to be entered in the patent register etc. Sections 4 and 37 of the Decree were repealed.
