Notes
This consolidated version of the Code on Administrative Liability incorporates all the amendments up to Law No. 185 of October 27, 2017, which was published in the Official Gazette on October 31, 2017, and entered into force 10 days after its publication.
For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 185, see the following provisions of the consolidated version:
- General Part, Section I, Chapter 5, Article 30;
- Special Part, Section II, Chapter 10, Article 92;
- Procedural Part, Section III, Chapter 36, Articles 514, 521-1 and 534^1.
Articles 339-345 under Chapter 25, Section II, Special Part of this consolidated version of the Code on Administrative Liability provide for administrative sanctions for infringement of intellectual property rights.
This consolidated Code shall be repealed on January 1, 2019, by the Code on Liability for Violations of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 58 of April 13, 2017.
