Year of Version 2014 Dates Entry into force: July 1, 1993 Adopted: April 26, 1993 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations   Subject Matter Undisclosed Information (Trade Secrets), Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights) Subject Matter (secondary) Enforcement of IP and Related Laws, IP Regulatory Body Notes This Ordinance implements the provisions contained in the following Federal Acts:
- Article 39b; 55, paragraph 2; and 78 of the Federal Act of October 9, 1992, on Copyright and Related Rights;
- Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Federal Act of March 24, 1995, on the Statute and Tasks of the Federal Institute for Intellectual Property;
- Article 46a of the Federal Act of March 21, 1997, on the Organization of Government and Administration.

The notification by Switzerland to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states that:
'Adjustment pursuant to the changes to the functions of the Customs Administration.'
