'[The Law on the Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin] regulates relations that arise in connection with registration, legal protection and use of trademarks, service marks and appellations of origin in the Republic of Kazakhstan.'

This consolidated version of the Law incorporates amendments up to Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 378-V of October 31, 2015, which came into force on January 1, 2016.
For the amendments introduced by the said Law No. 378-V, see Chapter 12, Articles 41 and 42 of the consolidated version.
