Notes
The notification by Norway to the WTO under article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'This Act regulates the rights to inventions patentable in Norway made by employees in public or private sector'.
This consolidated version of the Act incorporates all the amendments up to Act on the Enforcement of the Criminal Code 2005 (Act No. 65 of June 19, 2015), which entered into force on October 1, 2015 (see Section 11 of the consolidated version for the amendments).
