Year of Version 2016 Dates Entry into force: January 1, 2016 Issued: December 15, 2015 Type of Text Implementing Rules/Regulations   Subject Matter Industrial Property Subject Matter (secondary) IP Regulatory Body Notes Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 732 of December 15, 2015 were issued pursuant to paragraph 2 of Section 35 (Services of the Board of Appeal) of the Law on Industrial Property Institutions and Procedures under Chapter V (Basic Conditions for the Examination of Matters in the Board of Appeal). Paragraph 2 of Section 35 on the Services of the Board of Appeal states : "...(2) The Cabinet shall determine the price list of paid services of the Board of Appeal, the payment procedures thereof and reliefs.".
