This consolidated version of Order No. 38 incorporates amendments introduced by the ‘Order of Rospatent No. 33 of March 5, 2004, on Amendments to the Rules for the Recognition of Well-Known Trademarks in the Russian Federation’, which entered into force on April 4, 2004.
