Year of Version 2012 Dates Entry into force: July 25, 1994 Adopted: March 24, 1994 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Copyright and Related Rights (Neighboring Rights), Other Notes This consolidated version of the Libraries Act incorporates all the amendments from 2006 up to 2012.

Paragraphs 9&11 of Article 2 (Definitions) refer to the Copyright Act.
Article 44(3) (Assistance in Narrowing Knowledge and Information Gap) provides that when the knowledge and information poor use library materials, the State or a local government may wholly or partially grant a subsidy in order to pay the copyright holder in accordance with Article 31(5) of the Copyright Act.
