Section 17 of the 'Act of August 31, 2013, on Amendments of Legal Aid and Assistance with Court Costs', which came into force on January 1, 2014, amends Section 24 entitled 'Legal Assistance on Procedural Costs” of the Design Act; where the words “paragraphs 2-3, 5 of Section 130 and Sections 133-138” shall be replaced with the words “paragraphs 2-3 of Section 130, Sections 133-135, paragraph 1 of Section 136, and Sections 137-138”.
