Year of Version 2011 Dates Entry into force: July 15, 2008 Adopted: January 1, 2008 Type of Text IP-related Laws Subject Matter Competition Notes The notification by Croatia to the WTO under Article 63.2 of TRIPS states:
'[The Trade Act] regulates unfair competition.'

The Trade Act was promulgated by Decision No. 71-05-03/1-08-2 on July 18, 2008. It was last amended by Law on Amendments to the Trade Act of October 5, 2011 and re-published in the Official Gazette No. 114 of October 7, 2011.
The Acts on Amendments and Supplements to the Trade Act, annexed to the Trade Act, were promulgated by Decision No. 71-05-03/1-08-2 of October 9, 2008 and Decision No. 71-05-03/1-11-2 of October 5, 2011.
Further more the Decision of June 19, 2009, initiating proceedings to review the constitutionality of a number of provisions and to amend the Trade Act is annexed thereto.
