The Act No. 143/2001 Coll. of April 4, 2001, on the Protection of Competition and on Amendment to Certain Acts (Act on the Protection of Competition), which entered into force on July 1, 2001, has been amended by the following laws:
Act No. 340/2004 Coll. of May 4, 2004;
Act No. 484/2004 Coll. of August 5, 2004;
Act No. 127/2005 Coll. of February 22, 2005;
Act No. 361/2005 Coll. of August 19, 2005;
Act No. 71/2007 Sb.; Act No. 296/2007 Sb.;
Act No. 155/2009 Sb.; and Act No. 188/2011 Sb.
This Act repeals Act No. 63 of January 30, 1991 on the Protection of Economic Competition and Act No. 495/1992 Coll., Amending the Act No. 63/1991 Coll., on the Protection of Competition (see Article 28 entitled 'Repealing provisions').
